1. Introduction

Echo Laboratorios provides a monitoring and automation tool designed to assist users in tracking availability of products and tickets on various online platforms. The Service is a tool intended to help users monitor and receive notifications about product availability, restocks, and ticket releases.

IMPORTANT: The Service is a monitoring tool only. It does not guarantee, promise, or ensure that you will be able to purchase any products, tickets, or limited goods. The Service merely provides information and notifications about availability.

3. No Purchase Guarantee

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

  • The Service does NOT guarantee that you will be able to purchase any products, tickets, or limited goods.
  • The Service does NOT guarantee successful checkout, purchase completion, or order fulfillment.
  • The Service is a monitoring tool only and does not control or influence the availability of products or tickets.
  • Product availability, pricing, and purchase success are entirely dependent on third-party platforms and their policies.
  • You use the Service at your own risk and understand that there is no guarantee of purchasing limited goods.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS

  • All payments for the Service are final and non-refundable.
  • We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
    • Failure to purchase products or tickets
    • Service downtime or technical issues
    • Changes in third-party platform policies
    • Dissatisfaction with the Service
    • Account termination or suspension
    • Any other reason whatsoever
  • By purchasing the Service, you acknowledge and agree that you will not receive a refund under any circumstances.
  • Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) and will continue until you cancel your subscription.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform terms of service
  • Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

    • Failure to purchase products or tickets
    • Business interruption
    • Any other damages arising from your use of the Service
  • Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Any other reason we deem necessary

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OPK GROUP LLC is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
